Brand Communications is a department within Program Offices, leads Kaiser Permanente’s communication efforts in alignment with KP’s Programwide strategy. The department is responsible for corporate communications, issues and brand management, and management of national public relations, media, and stakeholders. Brand Communication handles exciting projects such as InsideKP, Care Stories, Total Health Radio, the Thrive Campaign,etc.

Basic Qualifications:
– Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive editorial experience in an administrative, communications or public affairs support role within a national complex organization or with a communications/public relations firm.
– Experience using WordPress or equivalent blogging platform preferred.
– Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications or related field or equivalent experience.
– Experience pitching stories and topics to journalists, bloggers, or other external or internal publications preferred.
– Bilingual capabilities strongly preferred.
