May is National Mental Health Month, and according to Health Power of Minorities is a great time to focus on stress prevention and reduction, a need which is reportedly experienced by many in the nation’s racial and ethnic populations.

To help out, Health Power has put together an eight-part series of stress prevention and reduction. The series looks at key stress triggers for minority/multicultural populations, symptoms of stress, and ways to help prevent and reduce stress, including yoga, meditation, and healthy eating.
