The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA), on behalf of the City and County of Sacramento, is soliciting qualified and experienced non-profit community-based organizations to provide outreach and to assist households with submitting an application for rent and utility assistance. The Sacramento Emergency Rental Assistance Phase 2 (SERA2) Program funding is available for families living within Sacramento County who are struggling financially due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation document is available at this link:
