Gregory Adams was officially named chairman and CEO of Kaiser Permanente, according to a statement issued Tuesday evening.
Adams was tapped to fill the role on interim basis after Bernard Tyson suddenly died on Nov. 10. Tyson was chairman and CEO for 13 years.
