If you weren’t already psyched about Maya Rudolph’s May 15th variety special for NBC, this ought to do it: the very first photograph to emerge from the set of The Maya Rudolph Show. Taken during rehearsal, the picture features Rudolph and four of her dancers outside of the show’s set and in full song-and-dance mode. The photo isn’t particularly mysterious, but there are a couple of fun, small details worth noting.
