Corporate and Community Partners include: U.S. Air Force, Waddell & Reed, and Dr. Monica Crooks, D.D.S.

“The purpose of the event is to help bring attention to women across Northern California that have overcome multiple obstacles to become pillars of our community,” explains Sac Cultural Hub Media Foundation Executive Director Pleshette Robertson. “We are committed to education, diversity, inclusion and leadership, and the presentation of the Exceptional Women of Color Excellence Awards helps us achieve our mission.”

The deadline to complete and submit the Exceptional Women of Color nomination form at www.sacculturalhub.com/nominee-women-of-color is July 15, 2012.

Under this year’s theme of “Recognizing the Power of Education, Health & Entrepreneurship,” the EWOC Networking Brunch will include a keynote presentation, workshop sessions, and the return of the ever-popular POWER DIVAs Panel Talk Show.
