If you’re married and past the Connections Singles Mixer phase of your life, don’t worry, we still have something for you.
The NBC Jerry Seinfeld produced TV show “The Marriage Ref” will be in the Bay Area this weekend, looking for Black couples to appear on the show. They’ve contacted us at 1stFriday.com and want us to put the word out that they’d like to chat with you.
“The Marriage Ref” is a comedy panel show where celebrities help squabbling couples make peace. Created by Jerry Seinfeld himself, this is relationship advice… with a comic twist.
“The Marriage Ref” casting team is searching the country for outgoing and opinionated married couples that have a long-standing argument or issue that must be resolved. No problem is too small or too strange!
Whether you argue about stuffing your family pet or installing stripper poles in the bedroom, they want to hear from you. Tell them why you absolutely need a MARRIAGE REF to weigh in and proclaim, for once and for all, who is RIGHT and who is WRONG. They want to hear what absolutely makes you nuts when it comes to your partner! Tell them your beef and you might just get the chance to state your case on TV in front of your favorite celebrities!
If you’re selected to appear as one of three couples on the show, you’ll receive $1,500 and win a trip to Hawaii, the Caribbean or Mexico. If you’re judged to be the ‘most right’ of the night, you’ll win $25,000!
If this sounds like you or someone you know, please contact Annette Ivy of The Marriage Ref Casting Team IMMEDIATELY at annette@themarriageref.tv and make sure you let her know you’re a part of First Fridays.
