Rapper Snoop Lion has joined forces with BET Networks and the League of Young Voters Education Fund (LYVEF) to address the issue of gun violence in black communities across the country, and will go live with the “No Guns Allowed: Disarming Violence in Our Community” roundtable discussion on June 29 in Los Angeles, according to an article on EURWeb.com.

Snoop Lion, BET and LYVEF will host the roundtable discussion on the impact of gun violence in urban communities during the BET Experience at LA Live weekend in Los Angeles, which will also include the NAACP Youth & College Division and Casey Family Programs. Confirmed panelists for the roundtable include Snoop Lion, T.I., and Congresswoman Maxine Waters (D-CA). Participants will discuss practical solutions to the gun violence issue, the value of human life, and community responsibility.
