Message from the Oak Park Neighborhood Association:

Dear Neighbors,

There has been an incredible outpouring of support to keep the Oak Park neighborhood whole and to ensure Sac High and the UC Davis Medical Center stay in District 5.  Thank you to all who phoned, emailed, signed petitions, organized and attended the council meetings on the redistricting issue.

But it’s not over.  The City Council needs to see even greater numbers from every council district demanding that Oak Park be kept whole. We will not allow our assets to be looted.

TAKE ACTION NOW:

1.  Sign the petition online

osed-council-redistricting-maps?share_id=oUXMuHiBQv&pe=pce

2.  Attend next week’s City Council meeting.  Bring a friend!

When:  Tuesday, August 23rd at 6:00 PM (Please arrive at 5:30 pm)
Where:  City Hall Council Chambers, 915 I Street, Sacramento

We must continue to organize and mobilize to keep our community whole.  It is best for Oak

Park and it is best for Sacramento.

Keep the pressure on!

Sincerely,

Michael Boyd, President
