Sacramento ranked #13 in a list of the top 20 regions with the greatest rates of car thefts nationwide, according to the National Insurance Crime Bureau and reported by SacBee.com’s Sacto 911 blog.
Also on the list, San Francisco ranked #6, Stockton #7, and San Jose #20. Fresno was listed as #1.
