The Westfield Downtown Plaza in downtown Sacramento is reportedly being sold to JMA Ventures LLC, according to an article in the Sacramento Business Journal.

According to the article, JMA is a San Francisco-based real estate investment and development company that manages more than $500 million on various properities. The new owners plan to “remake the urbanmall as a unique destination,” including upgrades that will improve the mall’s cleanliness, security and family-friendliness.
