It seems like everyone’s getting on the plant based bandwagon these days. The home of the world’s most famous overpriced cup of coffee is no exception.
I checked out Starbucks’s new Impossible Breakfast sandwich the other day. It was kind of a treat to myself after a hellishly busy couple of consecutive days. We paid over 20 bucks for two sandwiches, two coffee drinks, and a chocolate chip cookie. The tastiness of the sandwich almost justified the cash expenditure.
