Denver’s Mayor Michael B. Hancock will be the featured guest at the Greater Sacramento Urban League’s “An Evening with the Mayors” fundraiser on November 7 in Sacramento.
Hancock has reportedly won high praise from both the business community and community activists in Denver for leading a revitalization of the city, creating new jobs and attracting more company’s to the “Mile High City.” He will deliver an address titled “How Sports and Entertainment Will Benefit Economic Development in Sacramento.”
The evening will be hosted by Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson, along with Sacramento Second District City Councilman Allen Warren.
“An Evening With the Mayors” will be held November 7 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel, 1209 L St, in Sacramento. Tickets are $150; general tables are $1,500, and VIP tables are $2,500.
