Sen. Kamala Harris on Saturday secured a key endorsement in the early caucus state of Iowa.

State political heavyweights Sue and Bob Dvorsky announced they would support the California Democratic senator for president in 2020 and would join her on stage at the Iowa State Fair later Saturday.

Sue Dvorsky, a former Iowa Democratic Party chair, and her husband, Bob, a former longtime state senator, backed Barack Obama in 2007 and Hillary Clinton in 2016.
